Naima is a Brazilian artist focused on graphic design and hand-made projects. She sees design as a weft where creative areas intertwine. Not trying to define the limits between design and art, manual and digital, but rather appreciating the free flow between these areas and different media in search of a satisfying outcome for every project. 

Her works is often a bold, graphic and colourful explosion. There is clear care in the details and colour relations. It can be seen in her current acrylic work or with felt, where she makes large compositions with hundred felt pieces embedded, overlapping and glued one by one.

Naima’s work has been awarded by D&AD (London), Clio (New York), Ibero-American Design Biennial (Madrid) and Latin America Design Award (Peru), among others, and she has developed work for clients such as Washington Post, TimeOut New York and Instagram.
